The Annual Meeting of the Parish Council will be held in the Cornerstone Christian Centre, Swan Street, Evenwood, Bishop Auckland, DL14 9RN, commencing at 6:30 p.m. or directly after the close of the preceding Annual Parish Meeting, whichever is the later, on Tuesday 12th May 2026. This is the meeting where the council elects its chairman, makes other annual appointments, and reviews its policies. The agenda setting out the business to be transacted will be displayed on the main notice boards in Evenwood (Manor Street) and Evenwood Gate at least three days before the meeting.
